Charlie joined the ICA Group in 2024 as a Senior Cooperative Business Consultant, where he provides financial technical assistance and business coaching to home care cooperatives. Charlie leads Elevate’s growth coaching program, which offers members ongoing coaching sessions and ad-hoc support to help them stabilize and grow their cooperatives. He also conducts policy monitoring and provides regular updates to Elevate members about the home care policy landscape.

Charlie began his career at B Lab, the non-profit behind B Corp Certification, where he developed rigorous standards to ensure businesses prioritize the well-being of workers, communities, and the environment. In his time at B Lab, he helped hundreds of companies measure their social and environmental impact, including several worker cooperatives. Charlie holds a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management and Information Science from Cornell University.
