Brook has been a Senior Cooperative Business Consultant at the ICA Group since 2024. They design and manage Elevate’s education and training programming, coordinate peer exchange and resource-sharing opportunities, and provide technical assistance and business coaching.

Before joining ICA, Brook worked in a home health career development program for Latine, Spanish-speaking immigrants, where she created educational programming and connected graduates to economic and leadership opportunities. That work expanded into cooperative development across Albuquerque and rural New Mexico, where Brook helped create and support worker-led businesses.

Brook was raised in a union family with a deep belief in worker power, and has experience in adult education, facilitation, and training. Their most recent organizing work has focused on community and alternative financing and the promotion of economic democracy through participatory budgeting. Brook holds a BA in Biology and a Master’s degree in Geography with a focus on solidarity economies.
